Hanesbrands CEO Richard Noll recently shared advice to business school students preparing to work in the global marketplace during keynote address at the 22nd Annual Wake Forest Schools of Business Marketing Summit on Feb. 17. Noll recommends developing a personal brand by building a distinction in some functional area early in a career and broadening experiences from there. He told students that communication is the most important skill to refine, and challenged everyone to earn a “well-worn passport.”
